Job Description:
• To lead and motivate team of engineers and deliver results within a time bound schedule so as to meet the contract terms & conditions maintaining and improving the targets both in terms of profitability and strict time schedule.
• To coordinate quality assurance process.
• Write business plans to strategically plan for the future.
• Preparation of project schedules with software (Primavera, MS Project, etc.), budget control sheet, periodical monitoring and control including preparation and updating reports, fault finding analysis and to suggest / monitor corrective actions.
• Clear understanding of contract terms / implications both w.r.t. Indian & International contracts. Exposures in contract laws, international contracts, FIDIC, arbitration norms & acts and would necessitate discussions / negotiations with customer.
• Clear understanding of applicable taxes & duties, benefits available against different type of contracts, projects under deemed export, ultra mega projects, export contracts and related formalities in execution of such projects
Desired Profile :
• Bachelor / Diploma in any Engineering discipline with 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Drive, flexibility, high energy and enthusiasm – self starter.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
